These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.ivoryaura.shop and purchases from Ivory Aura. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of legal majority where you live—to make a purchase.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Products

Ivory Aura offers apparel and related products featuring original designs.

Many products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Product availability, colors, materials, measurements, printing methods, embroidery, prices and specifications may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. However:

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.
Product measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing.
Washed, faded or distressed garments may have intentional variations.
Image placement, print color and embroidery may vary slightly between individual items.
Product images may include styling elements that are not included with the purchase.

Made-to-Order Production

Many Ivory Aura products are made to order by our production and fulfillment partner, PODpartner.

Production generally begins shortly after an order is accepted. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Made-to-order production does not limit any rights you may have concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented products.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase products under these terms. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product or variant unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Delivery restrictions
Violation of these terms
Technical or inventory errors
Inability to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate:

Name and contact information
Billing information
Delivery address
Product selection
Color and size
Other information required to fulfill the order

We cannot guarantee that information can be changed after production begins. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

The price charged will ordinarily be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties and other applicable amounts are displayed separately when required.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers:

May have separate conditions
May expire or be withdrawn
Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
Have no cash value
May not apply to previous purchases
May be limited to specific products, customers or regions

Taxes and Import Charges

Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, customers are responsible for these charges and for cooperating with customs requirements.

Ivory Aura does not control customs decisions or the amount of government-imposed charges.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payment options may vary by device, location, eligibility and transaction.

Payment services are provided by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Ivory Aura does not control payment-provider approval decisions, account restrictions, installment schedules, interest, late charges or other financing terms.

If you select Klarna or another financing option, review and accept the provider’s terms before completing the purchase. Your repayment obligation is owed to the relevant financing provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production, carriers, customs, weather, holidays, demand and other circumstances.

If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option or refund required by law.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. Delivery is generally treated as completed when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove rights provided by applicable law.

If an order is materially delayed, contact ivory@ivoryaura.shop. We will investigate with the fulfillment or delivery provider and provide any remedy required by law or our published policy.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Review the delivery address carefully before submitting an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, failure to cooperate with customs or failure to pay applicable import charges, the customer may be responsible for resulting costs.

These may include:

Redelivery
Storage
Handling
Return shipping
Replacement production

Any refund will be determined according to the circumstances, our published policies and applicable law.

Cancellations and Changes

Contact ivory@ivoryaura.shop as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change.

If production has not begun, we may be able to cancel or modify the order. Once production begins, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped or changed.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact ivory@ivoryaura.shop promptly and within the period stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs or video
Packaging photographs when relevant

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, price adjustment or another remedy required by law.

Do not return the item unless we provide instructions.

Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including artwork, illustrations, characters, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layouts and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Ivory Aura and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes Ivory Aura’s original characters, symbols and visual properties, including Youxia and Ronnie.

You may view the website and make purchases for personal, noncommercial use.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Copy or reproduce website content
Use artwork or product designs commercially
Modify or create derivative works
Manufacture or sell products using our designs
Remove copyright or trademark notices
Scrape or systematically extract website content
Use our materials to train or develop commercial models or datasets
Imply affiliation with or endorsement by Ivory Aura

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in its artwork or design.

Customer Content

If you send photographs, videos, reviews, messages or other material to Ivory Aura, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.

We may use submitted material as reasonably necessary to:

Respond to your request
Investigate an order problem
Process a claim
Maintain business records
Comply with legal obligations

We will not use customer photographs or reviews in public marketing without permission where permission is required.

Reviews and Communications

Reviews and other submissions must be truthful and based on genuine experience.

You may not submit content that is:

False or misleading
Abusive, threatening or discriminatory
Infringing or unlawful

For claims that may legally be limited, Ivory Aura’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply where they live.

Resolving Disputes

Please contact ivory@ivoryaura.shop first so we can attempt to resolve concerns directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a small-claims court when eligible or from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

No Waiver

If Ivory Aura does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns policy and other policies expressly referenced here, form the agreement governing website use and purchases.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business, services or legal obligations.

Updated terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases except where required or permitted by law.
